U.S. Purchases Only
Sebastian Sebastian Ammo, LLC does NOT sell or ship products to customers outside of the
United States. If you live outside of the United States, please do not attempt
to place an order with Sebastian Ammo, LLC. Any orders containing either a
shipping or billing address outside of the United States will be canceled.
Excluded States and Cities (California and Illinois)
Sebastian Ammo, LLC does NOT sell or ship products to residents of California or
Illinois due to the laws of these states related to firearms and ammunition and
to their attempts to force e-commerce companies to serve as (unpaid) tax
collectors. Residents of California or Illinois attempting to purchase products
on our web site will receive an error when attempting to check out informing
them that their zip-code is invalid. Please do not contact Sebastian Ammo, LLC
to voice your displeasure with this policy. Instead, we suggest you contact the
legislators in your state and strongly encourage you to help change these
draconian (anti-American) laws by voting for law-makers that respect the 2nd
Amendment, smaller government, and capitalism.
Under age purchases
Sebastian Ammo, LLC does not sell products for purchase by anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, do not submit any information without the express consent and participation of a parent or guardian.
Firearms Purchases
In accordance with Federal laws, Sebastian Ammo, LLC can only ship firearms to federally licensed firearms dealers. Firearms can be added to your cart and we can process payment online. However, to complete firearms purchases, Sebastian Ammo, LLC must contact buyers to obtain additional information including contact information for the licensed dealer (FFL) that you would like your firearms shipped to. For this reason, it is important that you enter valid contact information when attempting to purchase firearms. Prior to attempting to purchase firearms online, please be sure that you are legally allowed to purchase/own firearms in accordance with Federal, state, and local laws. If you purchase a firearm from Sebastian Ammo, LLC and are unable to take delivery of firearms from your FFL dealer due to federal, state, or local laws, Sebastian Ammo, LLC will not refund your order. You will need to make arrangements with your dealer to dispose of the firearm(s) in question.
Return policy
Items that are received damaged or not matching the ordered items can be returned to Sebastian Ammo, LLC for a refund or replacement. Customers wishing to return items that are not damaged or incorrect must return the item(s) in unused condition at their own expense and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Items MUST be returned to Sebastian Ammo, LLC within 20 days of receipt for refunds. Any items received after 20 days will NOT be refunded.
WARNING: Firearms must be mailed by federally licenesed firearms dealers (FFL). Customers wishing to return firearms MUST arrange with a FFL dealer of their choosing to have them shipped to Sebastian Ammo, LLC.
This return policy does NOT include firearm ammunition. Please read below for information related to firearm ammunition returns.

Due to federal regulations, Sebastian Ammo, LLC cannot accept returns of firearm ammunition.
